To provide select features, our app may access your heart rate data from Apple
HealthKit—but only with your explicit permission. You may revoke this access at any
time in your device’s settings. Any heart rate data from Apple HealthKit does not replace
monitoring and interpretation from a licensed Physician or other qualified health
professional.

We do not sell or share your personal health data with third parties for advertising or
marketing purposes.

Your heart rate data is used solely within the app to support features you choose to
engage with. We may process this data to personalize your in-app experience, improve
app functionality, and maintain app performance. All such processing is limited to the
scope of your use of the app.

We take reasonable steps to secure your health data, including encryption where
applicable. However, no system is entirely immune from risk, and by using the app, you
acknowledge and accept that no data transmission or storage system can be
guaranteed 100% secure.

If we engage service providers to support app functionality, they will be required to
handle any limited data access in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our
contractual requirements. These providers are not authorized to use your data for
unrelated purposes.

By granting access to HealthKit data, you acknowledge that Apple’s Terms of Service
and Privacy Policy also apply.

We do not assume responsibility for how third-party services (that you may choose to
connect with separately) use your data. Your interactions with those services are
governed solely by their terms and policies.

We reserve the right to update this privacy notice at any time. Continued use of the app
after changes indicates your acceptance of those updates.
